IntraEdge has an urgent need for a Monitoring Specialist . This position is onsite Part-Time 20 Hours / Week in Chandler, AZ (No Remote or Hybrid). It will be 4 Hours Per Day.
Essential functions:
1. Monitor incoming ticket queue.
2. Ensure tickets are assigned to respective technician or IT staff.
3. Use provided queries or reports to identify tickets that need to be worked on to avoid delays in service.
4. Notify respective supervisor or manager of tickets that have been idle with no indication of customer follow up.
5. Update tickets with notes as needed.
